Family in Louisiana Seeks Good Homes for Abandoned Puppies

POLLOCK - Mahalia Roberts couldn't believe what her boyfriend told her he'd found.

That disbelief quickly intertwined with anger when she actually saw the abandoned puppies near her home.

A week ago, Justin Crooks discovered the seven pups beside a Dumpster. He then drove to tell Roberts, who lives about a mile away on Frank Foster Road.

There are many people who will "throw out" abandoned puppies to the dumpsters, and they aren't all in Louisiana either!
