Isn't there already a college scholarship program for children of those killed in combat? Either way... this is still a good thing.

No dissing hannity or the Freedom Alliance but: $500,000 raised cash-already-in-hand? Or $500,000 raised promised-so-far-that-still-has-to-show-up?
I didn't see his show and just wondered about the statement...

(featuring Hannity and several popular country singers)They should get Steve Vaus to join the lineup of popular country singers. He is one of the greatest conservative patriotic country singer/songwriters in my opinion.
His song "Forever Heroes" is a great song for the troops!

Scholarships for children of military killed in action already exists--very generous one too. I looked into it for my son. Unfortunately, my ex-husband is still alive.

I looked into it for my son. Unfortunately, my ex-husband is still alive. I have a great sense of humor. But your post is in very bad taste. Unless of course, your name is Hillary.

On Friday, July 11, 2003...
Join Sean and friends in this grand event and help raise funds for the Hannity Scholarship Fund, benefiting the children of those military men and women to those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country and to those also wounded during the call of duty.
It features a live broadcast of Sean's show followed by a concert with country stars Sara Evans and the Charlie Daniels Band, Darryl Worley and with special guest, Olver North at Six Flags Great Adventure theme park in Jackson, New Jersey. The concert arena can hold 10,000 people, and we anticipate it will be packed to overflowing for this event.
All you have to do is buy a ticket specifically for the concert, and it will get you into the park as well. You then must show your concert ticket later in the day at one of the booths by the arena, to pick up your wristband that will allow you into the concert that night.

I hope these guys get a little:
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) provides college scholarship grants, based on need, along with financial aid and educational counseling to the children of Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident.

No, I'm not a Hillary and I thought the post was comical. However, you're handicap by the fact that you don't know me nor my ex-husband.

Go to Hannity.com and check to see local broadcasters... I can't imagine that Atlanta doesn't have a single radio station that carries Hannity live.
If that IS the case, you can listen to Hannity's live feed on Hannity.com or wabcradio.com (3pm-6pm EST). Works best w/ broadband web access, but it may work okay with dialup as well.

He's on WSB Atlanta 750 am from 6pm - 9pm. However its usually pre-empted by the Braves, Hawks or Univ of Georgia games. His show airs here from 12 midnight till 3am. When he announced he was going LIVE nationally I was hoping that WGST would pick it up since Rush is on their from 12-3 since that is his old station when he was in Atlanta in the mid-90's. But WSB has Clark Howard on from 1-6pm. Oh well!
To: anncoulteriscool
You can try 540 AM out of Gainesville. I can pick it up over most of north Atlanta. It's live.
To: anncoulteriscool
I'm sorry, that should be 550 AM. WDUN Gainesville.

Recommend you call you local station and organize a bunch of FReepers to do the same. Any radio station would be crazy not to want to own the exclusive rights to Hannity; his show is currently #2 in the country. If they became the only station in Atlanta to carry him, it'd be a goldmine... particularly because Georgia is a red state (I assume).

I'm usually a big Sean Hannity fan, and this is a FANTASTIC cause, but I'm about to tune elsewhere until this show is completed. I just can't stand listening to this for the majority of the 3 hours...
