Let us deeply hope that the Iraqis appreciate our efforts, and realize that the U.N. would be there for untold years milking Iraq oil revenues for all they could. Also, the U.N. rate of rebuilding making improvements in Bosnia (nearly zippo), would undoubtedly be repeated in Iraq.
