And you would excuse the responsibility of the enablers and the enticers getting rich off of the wrong or illegal decisions of others?

Why are bartenders or tobbacanists responsible for their customers wrongly harming themselves with their products?

While alcohol and tobacco are legal and their consumption is in no way inherently immoral, you try selling drinks to a barely-conscious drunk until he staggers out to maim or to kill, and see if there's not any jail-time to go with the stiff fine, loss of your liquor license, and civil lawsuits as a result of your own responsibility.
