Once upon a time, rolling papers were used for
tobacco. Long ago, if one wanted to buy a hooka, it also was to be used with tobacco. Then can the deluge ( the 1960's ) and that all began to change. Instead of the few using such things for tobacco, more & more people ( kids ) decided that pot was " cool ".
It doesn't take a " mind-reader " to know what a " roach clip " is meant to be used for !

Funny, but the shop that sells them "CLAIMS" that they are intended to be used in electronic work. But we KNOW they are LYING.... SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

My family is from the middle east and several of my relatives have hookahs - and yes, they are used for tobacco.

Oh and you are VERY likely to find many "roachclips" alligator clips with burnt ends in my house. The fact that I'm an electrical engineer who builds things in my home lab doesn't have anything to do with them ... I'm sure Ms. frigging Cleo
