That's too bad.  Having a seat at the NMD table should require
sharing in the cost of its development and implementation.  For
Canada to have no financial responsibilities increases the likelihood
of there being 'difficulties' with them.  Plus, the Liberals look to be
in power for a long time.  Sharing NMD technology with Chretien
and his ilk is a horrible idea.
