The Battle Flag? That's the point. Why in the world do you want to raise a Battle Flag over Georgia? Who are you at war against? The Union? The Civil War has been over since 1865. Desegregation? Georgia desegregated in October 1963. I'm a Southerner, too. It's time to move on.

I'm not at war with anyone, I have the right to vote for whatever flag I want whether you like it or not. I'm not a Confederate, i'm 100% American citizen Jack but that don't mean I can't support the old state flag, there is that better than calling it the battle flag? Just let us vote on it, if you don't like it don't vote for it.
