On my way home from work, I drive through the Jemez Mountains, even though it's 15 miles farther; rather than drive through Santa Fe (Berkeley on the Rio Grande) Except for the old time locals, it is a disgusting place.

Well, Georgia O'Keefe left Santa Fé (in 1916) because the local were so full of themselves. I haven't seem anything to show that she was wrong.
