It would be present in a person who exercises a great deal and sweats a lot (like a triathlete or a professional player), a person who had certain medical problems or takes certain medications (you have to work with your doctor on this), or a person who has been sick with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, etc. It isn't a concern for the average person with decent health.

What is the best time of day to weigh myself, and why? Is it true that people are...is it lighter or heavier...in the morning? SOmething having to do with the moon/earth gravitational pull or something? Anyone know wbout this?
