I am totally off diet coke now, and I drank it for breakfast, lunch, snack. I am talking about the 20 ozs bottles. Now, it is just water and tea, I feel better but I just had a vacation so I am not sure it is because of the rest or being off aspartame, at any rate, doubt if I drink it again.

I don't smoke but don't get between me and my Diet Coke. I have quit several times but never for more than 5 days.

I drive alot so it's either death by caffine or car accident.
