Let's assume that a 1 Billion dollar tax cut is necessary to move the economy & pull us out. If it were soooo important why wouldn't GW get to work & pull out ALL stops? Why wouldn't the pubbies? Why not pull out all stops for the CONSERVATIVE judges?? Because you will continue to vote them in whether they do a good job or not because you fear the other faction of the "Two-Party Cartel" more than your own security.
