I'm sure that Iran is prepared for *that*. You can only get away with such a raid once; Iran would lob some chemical-filled Shehabs at Israel without any hesitation - they probably already have them aimed. Well, assuming they can get them there, they've had some trouble with home-built engines exploding on the pad or in the air ;) At least they're better than Iraq's old al-Hussayns.
Plus, this is just a centrifuge plant, not a foreign-built reactor with foreign-imported fuel as in the case of Iraq. If Iran can build the centrifuges on their own, which evidence points to, they'll just build a new enrichment plant. All an Israeli strike would do is start a war.
