Just out of curiosity, why do you call prostitutes "commercial sex workers"? And in your lexicon are there "non-commerical sex workers"? Just out of curiosity, since it's such a "values neutral" kind of pc-speech.

Please understand that when this report was written, the writer is still working and living inside China. He has to be political correct in his writing. Maybe, it is not for someone who has enjoy freedom of speech for life to understand.
