[history]
Two years after an energy crisis repeatedly blacked out parts of the state and sent giant companies into bankruptcy, California's power market is still ripe for exploitation.

Complicating the process: Grid operators have to match the power generated with power used or see the system crash.Oh baby, you wanna see that Davis Recall succeed? One more blackout this summer and Davis will be lucky to get out of Sacramento alive let alone shamed by a recall.

Yaknow, Thanks! You made my day!
There is a silver lining in the occurrence of the next blackout, which coincidentally my zone will experience per the rotation schedule. We took the first one way back when this crap started not so long ago.

...urgent phone calls to plant operators, pleading frantically for adjustments. If I owned a power plant, I'd want that request via certified mail, signed by the Governor himself.

I wonder if Californians ever stop to question why they are the only state with these problems.

Everyone's out to get them. Especially those energy pirates from Texas.
Any idea where Robert went? I'm thinking he went to help rebuild Iraq...
To: snopercod
I thought it was your week to keep track of him. ;-)

What's the old saying.. Never Forget!! Oh it'll be hard to forget, but if they do, you keep reminding neighbors of this that your districts next coupled with this article and they'll put it together! Dump Davis!
