>>And not a word about what the teacher is teaching the kids. <<
Oh, hogwash. You just don't like it when people don't agree with you. Wah wah wah.
Breaking the law is wrong. Free speech is not wrong.
Get over it.

Breaking the law is wrong. So you believe the American Revolution was wrong.
Those who cannot distinguish between right and wrong as opposed to legal or illegal are morally bankrupt.

A teacher does not have the right to complete and unfettered free speech when performing their job. Don't you find it odd that the teacher essentially had an assignment where the kids were instructed to make displays and posters of protest? Do you wonder if a kid who was pro-Bush would have received as good a grade as those who were anti-Bush.
He did not trespass. An employee of the school willingly let him in to the building. You can not trespass if you are invited in.

Free speech is not wrong. Then why can't I say a slew of words that begin with n, f, k, c, g, w, m, d, etc.? Without being accused of 'hate speech'? Regardless of context, these words are being expunged from our culture to the sometimes detriment of its history and literature.
I noticed the 'Impeach Bush' bumper sticker, which looked like a production unit. If the students made these posters, were they the result of an assignment? Why were there no posters supporting the president if there is free speech in the classroom? Have you, personally ever openly disagreed with a teacher? Was your free speech stifled?
