Unbelievable...
Our property tax has trebled due to "public" education...we have no kids in this school system nor have we ever...
We have a new football stadiums and theater ...yet the vocational programs autoshop metal work constuction electrical cabinet making have all been cut to the bone...some just cut
We got plenty of homos coming to lecture and socialists and antiwar teachers galore...though
Sickening...we are moving soon as our house can be sold...
The NEA is a worthless commie org right up there with the ACLU and CAIR imo

In my school district the poor teachers scrape by with only $20,000 per student, per year. I don't know how they manage to get that glowing 67% (2 points above a failing school system) passing rate on the standardized tests.
If only they had a funding level of $30,000 per student per year, I'm sure they would be able to maintian that success level for another year. And if they had $40,000 per student per year, I'm sure they could get the passing levels up to a mammoth 70%.
They are shameless parasites who will happily sacrifice the future of our children for their own benefit.
Ban the NEA.

Companies cannot find the skilled crafts to "make things that are worth buying", at any wage, competitive or otherwise.
The teachers unions do not want those people that were trained in skilled crafts going back to school and having a second career as teachers, because the truth of the matter is, these people would see through the bogus theories of the Marxist "intellectuals" that are running the teachers unions.
