"Who is the Janitor supposed to call?"
Usually, if there is a crime taking place, the janitor calls the cops himself. If the janitor is concerned about the reason the cop is there..he calls his supervisor. Unless there is a warrant..he does not have let the cop in?? Pinging someone who might know..

You might want to go back to school for a while there are cops STATIONED there. I have grown up with them. Some schools have more some have less. They walk in and out all of the time.
Quit pretending that a cop in a school is some kind of Elvis sighting. You are not convincing anyone.
