E.D. was questioning the source for this information. She seemed to think it was incredulous that the Chief Justice would really make this kind of comment during an inauguration. Then she said they would invite Bluementhal on the show and she'd ask him how he obtained this information. It was not a long segment, but she definitely insinuated she didn't believe Sid.

I agree, this book had to be thoroughly vetted by the Red Queen.

E.D. had got a good head on her shoulders, (and the rest of her ain't bad either) I'm sure someone can replay the tape to see exactly what happened.

Rush will probably be doing it this afternoon..

I agree, Blumenthal was a Clinton enabler for too long for me to start believing him now..

I can't post pictures, but here's a link to one. It looks like Rehnquist is reluctant to get within spitting range of Hillary.

Rehnquist has a very deep voice. If he said anything of the sort, the microphones would have picked it up and made it audible to all.

If memory serves, the Supremes voted unanimously to allow PCJ to depose the sinkmaster. Hardly a screwing when even the hard leftists on the bench concurred.

Yes... so many crimes it is tough to keep them all in perspective, but we also have to remember: Because the sinkmaster committed perjury in that deposition, Judge Susan Webber Wright (former Clinton law-student) threw out the Monica Lewinsky "evidence" and initially dismissed the Paula Corbin Jones case.

Even after Clinton's admissions in his deposition to Ken Starr's team, acknowledging his "sexual relations" with Ms. Lewinsky, Judge Wright refused to rule on whether there had been the obvious perjury committed in her court UNTIL AFTER the Impeachment and "Trial" in the Senate of Der Sinkmeister.

As a result, the House failed to carry the Perjury Charge because "it was a moot point" since the PCJ action had been dismissed! This was one of the most obvious "crimes and misdemeanors" but because Judge Wright decided to delay her finding, the House could not affirm the obvious.

It was ONLY after the Impeachment that Judge Wright reinstated the Paula Corbin Jones case, ruled a judgment of $850,000 against Clinton (which he accepted "without admitting any guilt"), and subsequently disbarred the Liar-In-Chief Sinkmeister.

If someone has a correction to this recounting of the history, I would welcome it, but I think this is the sequence of events -- and it always makes me shake my head in wonder at those awful Clinton years.

Classic Rehnquist, a man with the backbone to look at the POTUS and call him out. LOL.

I went to Salon to read the free blurb. The first sentence was about Ken Starr's illegal leaks to favored reporters and news sources, a since disproved allegation. If he is still repeating the same old impeachment environment lies you know that the book is worthless as a factual account. However, the already convinced will eat it up. It will change no minds and only cement the opinions of those of us who know better.

Never mind what the Chief Justice said. I find it so typical of Hillary that she was saying the SCOTUS was going to "F" her husband, while she was holding a Bible at the moment her husband was sworn in as POTUS !!!In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually used the F word. I bet the exact quote was something like " the Jew b**tards on the SC are going to F you".Martha Washington and Dolley Madison must have been spinning.
