Isn't one of these dr's (Dr. Anthrax or Dr. Germ) married to one of the leaders that was taken into custody recently?

The Skynews article refers to her as "Dr. Germ".

Looks like Skynews has it wrong. The above link has a completely different picture and different name for the "Dr. Germ"
