Hell, the stock market, hedge funds, etc are more of a gamble than the slot machines!

You got that right! LOL For the last 12 years, stocks have been based on virtually hot air and people bet fast and heavy on it!

Lots of folks gamble. That's true. But, to the tune of the amounts Bennett admits to? There's recreational gambling and there is addictive gambling. Is one as bad as the other?
Or is one worse than the other?

If the man is a spokesperson for morality and virtue, he shouldn't be gambling the kind of money he admits to gambling. That's not a virtuous example to his wife, children, and to those who have bought his books.The way he dismisses is own behavior shows he seriously doesn't understand his own problem.

The stock market is not a good analogy, unless you are talking about the dot com bubble.Those who expect quick rewards from the stock market are fooling themselves.
