Woa! Coleus, I emailed this article to my friend. A corrections officer at Rahway. He emails me back this:

"Sh1t, that ain't nothing. You, the taxpayer, pay for a trans-sexual inmate to be transported out of the prison to receive "it's" hormone shots. That's 2 cops, gas in a gas-guzzling full sized van, plus the price of the shot and the office visit. Nice knowing you're subsidizing a freak, eh? (Works out to about $400 per trip)
