Well, that's perfectly logical. If he'd been shot, then they should have been regulated at the State level, and if he'd been bludgeoned then it would be a local matter.

Is Al Sharpton the dumbest person they could find in the whole country? One could comb this country's penal system for years before finding someone so stupid. He exists merely to make the other candidates look sane by compare.
