Expect more of this vitriol. KJI is most afraid of a domestic coup d'etat. This is more internal-oriented PR rather than anything particularly directed at the United States.

Their war planners have analyzed things and KNOW they will be defeated, and defeated BIG TIME. As KJI has progressive grown more belligerent and reckless in his rhetoric, has Tokyo accelerated its preparedness for "defensive" measures, or taken it as a mere joke? And as far as you can tell, what does the "Average Hideki" have to say about it?
