Ferguson was arrested by FBI agents in Maui Friday for writing two notes which threatened to kill all Americans on board Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas cruise ship, bound for Hilo. The ship had been detained by 125 federal state and local law enforcement officals and 15 bomb detection dogs were used to search the ship.
