This is why we homeschool. The public schools are just too currupt!

There was a time...long ago...that basically you went to school just to learn. Before the 1920s...there were almost no clubs or organized sports in high schools. You had a learning atmosphere and were expected to learn in order to get ahead. The fact that we have lost sight of what school is for...is obvious. All of this attention and time wasted...doesn't add to educational value. Schools aren't for social value or personal attention. They form your educational level. For better or worse...they get you your first job and perhaps your entire career...I'd personally rather waste time on math, business management or accounting rather than sit around talking about sexual choices or how people in Bogata live.

Amen, we just bought a new monitor(still in box), think I'll throw this one away to keep from having to wash it. My wife and I are currently talking with other parents who are home-schooling now. We are seriously considering it after reading so many articles featuring morally sick and lost beings successfully recruiting too many other confused individuals to the "dark side". (and many times innocent children). God help our society....
