really far mile to taste anything better than the thick Angus t-bone (my favorite cut) I just broiled!
It was tender enough to cut with a fork.
You can have all the rib eyes in Texas, TC..:))
I wanna be 'steered' to the Angus dudes from wherever they came....

At the store where I buy meat, Aged Angus is all they have.
I get the ribeyes and porterhouse steaks about an inch and a half well marbled.
Don't git no better'n that!!
