I did not know that tree barks produce all that. Never heard of using Kim Chee as fertilizers. Too expensive. Must have been a long time ago.

Although I agree that Kim-Chee would be better off it remained below ground, after a suitable period of subterranean fermentation, the natives insist on digging it up and serving it for lunch.

I understand it goes particularly well with dog.
