That fertilizer can really help the poor NK population.

It will enable them to produce a bigger grass crop that the people have to consume to stay alive.

If they'll let me know where to go, I'd like to add my small contribution...

Although I agree that Kim-Chee would be better off it remained below ground, after a suitable period of subterranean fermentation, the natives insist on digging it up and serving it for lunch.

I understand it goes particularly well with dog.

RE #24

After all, it is a food. No use staying underground forever.

It goes well with any meat. Try it with their barbecued beef(Bulgogi).

No Kor should throw open their borders. They have little to lose and no one wants what they have so they won't be in danger of being overrun and turned into slaves.

RE #26

Except one problem: The regime won't have anybody to rule. That would be a b*tch.:)

Maybe they could have a small revolution and the present regieme wouldn't be a consideration afterwards. It wouldn't take long. A couple hours.

Re #31

If N. Koreans start importing several dozen of Ryder trucks, we will be sure that bombs are being made.:)

" Large-scale military spending eats up resources needed for investment and civilian consumption."

Sounds like another country we just visited. WHY would South Korea even do this... any food grown just feeds the military anyway. We need to stop all... ALL.... aid to NorthKorea in order to have santions work and letthem decide they can't continue doing what they've ben doing.
Nest well be starting up the oil shipments again. WHO benefits from all this freebie aid while the North Koreans keep building their military might. Damn idiots, those South Koreans.

I hope that the fertilizer is in the form of Ammonium Nitrate packed into a very large Ryder truck!!!
