Although I'm an Av's fan, I respect the h-e-double-hockey-sticks out of Yzerman, Federov, Lidstrom, et al. What a great bunch of hockey players. Even though they play the Av's well, I want to see them on the ice another year. Total class act. (Although I used to call them the red commies!) Ha-ha!
Still stunned about our loss to the Wild; they worked harder than the Av's, though. And how about those Ducks? What in the heck is going on there? Will the mighty Stars team come back from 3 losses?
Someone should put together a Free Republic hockey site, eh?

I really missing watching the Wings this time of year. At least I still have my Griffins to watch in the AHL playoffs. They have a chance to sweep in Chicago tonight.

Now the Ducks are doing it to Dallas...Did you see the game this afternoon? Dallas has figured out the Mighty Ducks. They OWNED the Ducks during the season, and they could very well beat them in the series.
You guys, unfortunately, couldn't.
Scotty Bowman's shoes are big shoes to fill.
