You really need to take some friggin reading lessons, along with comprehension. I suppose my tax dollars went to pay for your public school education which is an obvious failure. READ WHAT I HAVE SAID REPEATEDLY!!!!!!!! I don't want you to pay for anything, but quit trying to stop people from enjoying what they do pay for. If they need to pay for rescue services after the fact, bill them.
