I think the SA's are amendments. From the Minnesota fight, I'm starting to think any amendment is a bad thing. The last entry says "S" passed so I guess we're right. It did pass the Senate. I know they mentioned that the House count could override a veto and I think a one to three margin in the Senate would do the same.
The governor is a dem but you probably read that on the other website. Packing only has a comment from this morning. Nothing on the Missouri internet newspaper sites.

Excellent. Colorado got ours this year. We had a "may" issue and now we have a "shall" issue.

I knew about Colorado but I didn't know about New Mexico until a couple of weeks ago. Their CCW starts in either July or January.
