To: Aquamarine
We've gotten a LOT of rain this year (and will get more today).

Those hills tend to stay greener, as marine moisture lands there from the Pacific Ocean a couple of miles behind them.

The hills on the other side of the valley (behind where I snapped those shots) get all KINDA brown and dried-out, though. <|:)~

What's the weather like in your neck of the woods today?

It's beautiful here today! I was going to post my Live WebCam and show everyone but it's down due to electrical shock.
We've had some severe thunderstorms over the last few days and it wouldn't surprise me if lightening had struck the WebCam. It is located at the highest point in Georgia on top of Brasstown Bald Mtn.
