Well, m'dear, it would be difficult to pick a birthdate to top this one, with W being on the
USS Lincoln, flying in on a Viking jet after piloting it one-third of the flight, and having his speech to watch!

"Goodness! Look at pic #12 of post 42! Whoa! Lawgirl, watch out!" LOL! OH yes. Today I positioned myself on the floor in front of the TV with several pillow behind me. They came in quite handly---practically fainting I was so nervous at the landing and then he came out in that flightsuit and they got immediately used to catch me! LOL! When it's a "W in a flight suit" day- it's time for some preplanning!!!!!

I'm here....the first picture I see is AWESOME, and it gave me a flashback to Bubba with the binoculars with the lens cap on. (Har!)

I think I did notice the Bush Babe in front. She was on FOX and she expressed how excited she was to meet him.
I'm sure if I had a conversation with my mom about this stuff, she'd be utterly confused. I think once I had to explain who Karen Hughes was.

From yesterday's thread - "Try adding a good calcium supplement and potassium to your daily routine. Are you doing low-fat or just low-carb? If you're doing low-fat, try adding some fat back in!"
I just ordered from Swanson Vitamins Online a new calcium supplement that absorbs better than what I'd been taking. I'd heard and discovered by accident that calcium really can boost weight loss. Thanks for the tip on potassium. What does it do in the weight-loss world?
I'm doing low-carb (under 20 grams a day), lots of proteins, and a fair amount of fats on Atkins.

I was truly impressed by how much fun he seemed to be having and the amount of time he spent shaking hands and letting the crowd take photos, with nary a Secret Service agent in sight. It would be hard to say who was more thrilled with the whole event, The President or the crew of the USS Abraham Lincoln. I know I was glued to the TV and soaking in every precious moment.

Hey, Mike!
Hubby and I spent the day with Dubya and had a ball great time, but I had to come on line and join the girls to party, as I knew they'd be having a ball lot of fun.

This was a fantastic day for a real Commander-in-Chief. The troops obviously adore him as much as we do.

Gretchen, I hadn't noticed your tag line before, but it is great. Especially after all the events in Iraq.
I'm not very good at graphics, but can I second yours? It is great, and I want to wish Wphile a wonderful birthday.
Happy Birthday Wphile

My step-mom respects Dubya, and so does my Father. But I still have to explain things to her, and who certain people are.
She's part of the Salt-of-the-Earth type of person.

I was wondering when you were going to get up off the floor. That childlike demeanor seems to have returned to our awesome President. It does me good to see him laughing and having a good time. It makes me realize things are going well since he doesn't seem so stressed.
I kinda have a feeling he secured himself more than 5500 votes today. This guy is so lovable and so respectable. He's got my vote, and if I was a lying cheating democrat, I'd vote for him 100 times.

(In mutter whispers) I hope there was a pillow underneath her. She really could hurt the floor fainting so much.....
