I'm surprised Mrs. Bush didn't request one of the top three. When I first heard about this I was really shaken, worried for both the President and emphatically, Mrs. Bush. My hubby reminded me of my fear of flying and reasoned that I was over-reacting - again.
It's probably a question of who's available. Not all of the top ten are sitting around Coronado.
Now CNN is making noises that The Dubya wanted an F/A-18 ride, but the Sucret Service nixed it because it's only a 2-seater.
CNN is paying more attention today to the basics of a carrier landing than they EVER did during any military operations.
