Amen. They will remember this for the rest of their lives. I wish I could have met Reagan. It would have kept me smiling to this day. He is still my hero as a Prez, but W is making one hell of a run to take over his spot!!!!!

I was in handshake range of Reagan---working an "In Concert at the [Western] White House" with Merle Haggard and Beverly Sills. Reagan came within an arm's length of me and I froze, partly out of fear the SS agents would shoot me if I made a sudden move!! I've always regretted that.
