This aircraft is a 4 seater. As announced it is the pilot, W, crew member, secret service agent. Where is the football??? To my knowledge, it has never been carried by the President or the SS.

Why would any SS need to fly with W?
Keep the football (carried by a military officer, assigned by duty rotation) with W; send the SS later....if at all, with the rest of the baggage.
Again: why do you need the SS on a carrier, in a battle group, 150 miles offshore?
