Memorial service for the Pentagon fallen following 9-11. At the National Cathedral, as I recall.

I am pretty sure that memorial service was the National Day of Prayer and Rememberence on Sept 16 2001 in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks . I personally think so far Bush's speech that day at the National Cathedral has been the finest moment of his Presidency.
