My wife's Godfather did exactly what you describe. He lives in Slovakia now with a California teachers pension and social security. He lives like a king and has a little harem of young Slovakian girls that take care of his shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc... He's in his mid 70's now so I don't know if there's other "services" involved but he sure is happy over there.

I have been planning this for years. When I retire, we will go live in my wife's home country.
