If you hate someone solely because they're gay, or if you believe -- as Santorum does -- that consenting gay adults should be arrested in their own homes, then you might be a homophobe.

I don't recall Santorum saying anything about wanting to see homosexuals arrested in their homes, what I remember him saying is that it SHOULD NOT be up to the Supreme Court to decide how a state enacts their laws on issues such as these. Does that make someone who disagrees with Santorum a "StatesRightsaphobe"?
