We know a young fellow who was a project construction manager, and his company moved him to Beaverton in the early 1990s. He was the liason between Intel's Beaverton campus and his company for new construction projects and massive changes in older sites at Intel.

He said that he felt like he was in the Middle East or SE Asia when he visited Intel's Beaverton campus. After 6 months he convinced his company that he was a bad fit as a conservative American with NRA stickers and Bush/Quayle stickers with either a fly rod or a shot gun in the back of his pickup. They moved him out of there.

He told us after 9/11, that the FBI and CIA should do a lot of investigations of the anti Americans working at Intel in the Beaverton Campus.

When I emailed him the famous Welcome to Islamofacists to Portland photo, he agreed and said that Portland might even be worse than Seattle re the Anti Americans working and living in those two cities.

Wow! I didn't know that! The Beaverton/Hillsboro is, relatively speaking, rather conservative.

I live at the southern end of what is known as the "High Tech Corridor", and most of my neighbors work for Intel. One is from India and is Hindu, but the rest are caucasion.

I need to get out more...
