He apparently rolled over on the biggie in London to get a fairly light sentence. This seems to sop for our justice department when they have someone who hasn't been directly responsible of killing or maiming innocents.

They get an offer they can't refuse re rolling over on a bigger and more dangerous fish. To me, it appears that Ford did just that in this case.
