BRASILIA, Brazil — An Egyptian ship crewman has apparently died from exposure to anthrax (search) contained in a suitcase he opened, Reuters news service reported Monday.




They always add qualifiers, but in the earlier article nothing was mentioned about anything, except that the sailor likely died of anthrax, the later articles each mention with varying degrees of emphasis that he opened a suitcase with anthrax in it, which he was planning to carry to Canada.

how does anyone know this - there were eyewitnesses - or was this divulged on his deathbed?
