I also am sick of the PC crap and also don't think he meant to be offensive.

The problem was that he said it in a public forum and he should have known that it was going to cause all sorts of problems. That's the way it is today,everyone has "issues" and by God you had better not hurt anyone's feelings.

The whole brouhaha over his comment proves my point.

I agree. It's gotten out of hand, hasn't it? America has certainly lost its sense of humor and fun when they can attack someone for a small comment made in fun. It goes on with both sides, unfortunately, although it only seems to come out in the papers and on TV when it's a republican or someone like O'Reilly who speaks out on both sides of the issue. It's not the America I grew up in and I miss it! Love, Mxxx
