Alan Colmes is a decent guy. He gets a little worked up sometimes, like when he's defending Clinton, but he has a quieter delivery than Hannity. He makes his points though (even if he is almost always wrong). I suspect he has way more smarts than Al Franken.

I have heard Alan insist he never reads the talking point emails he receives..........however, it is no accident that he parrots those same talking points at every turn.

The show is stale and definitely needs a new format.......it is too predictable and the guests are boring too.
