Maybe she is thinking of Europe, where gun ownership is severely restricted in many places? Well, many very good weapons are designed and made there. In fact, many European governments will sell guns, bombs, missles and planes to undesirable nations, such as Iraq. Guns from these socialist utopias are only a bribe away.
