Franken is a physical bully.I have no trouble at all believing that.
Fortunately, my pastor (who debated him on television - see #58) is an ex-Dallas Cowboy defensive lineman. Maybe that's why Franken seemed so frustrated on the show. : )

That makes absolute sense. If Franken cannot beat them verbally, he physically threatens. He obviously could not do that to your pastor (LOL!).

It is not at all uncommon for comedians to be VERY unstable and prone to anger.
Having a clear eye for lifes ironies, contradictions and tragedies - the basis of all comedy - is easier if you are full of cynicism and anger.
