"In an unusual display of agreement on foreign policy, leaders of both the governing Popular Party of Prime Minister José María Aznar and the opposition Socialist Party condemned the executions and the repression."

"A letter read by Fernando Savater, a leading Spanish intellectual, asked ''democratic governments'' worldwide to reduce their diplomatic representation in Havana and to expel Cuba from international organizations."

Everything is falling apart for El Comandante.

In stark contract with Senator dung Harken who demanded the President remove the embargo on Cuba. This in the immediate aftermath of the execution of people who tried to escape Cuba.

Everytime momemtum builds for easing the embargo the "El Chefe" torpedoes it with a crackdown.

Having American goods and money flood Cuba would doom him and he knows it.
Having the embargo is his scapegoat for a failed regime.

Luis, almost from the start of the war on Iraq the international press has been finally telling the truth about Castro. It's as if Hussein and Castro shared minders. Chains are being broken. Awesome time to be alive.
