I was quite amazed when Arsenio Hall spoke about the Bush administration on Jay Leno the other night. He said that he liked seeing black people in power for a change. Condeleeza Rice was really a black woman. He mentioned Powell and Brooks.
He said that Clinton wanted to be the only black in his administration.
