In the U.S. we have stated that we do not reward "bad behaviour" If we dont have to, then why should Israel? no other nation gives back land won fair and square in a war. Does Bush simply not care that Powell's utopian fantasies will simply engender more Islamist mayhem and Israeli deaths?
