Doctor killed in grenade attack
A doctor has been killed and 31 people injured in three separate grenade attacks in Indian-held Kashmir.
The attacks have been blamed on Islamic militants.
Dr Abdul Salam was killed and civilians wounded when rebels threw a grenade at a police post in Qazigund.
Police said the grenade missed the intended target and landed on a road before exploding.
In a second attack, suspected rebels threw a hand grenade at paramilitary forces at a bus station, but it also missed and injured five civilians in Shopiyan.
Elsewhere, four civilians and a policeman were wounded in another grenade attack in Anantnag.
